"We just bought a home from Dallin with Nexstar home. As most home builds go they have ups and downs, but we are very happy with our purchase. Dallin was very responsive and very communicative during the build process and his PM Allen has been nothing short of an ALLSTAR at helping get the little things taken care of after the move-in. If there was any advice that I personally think would help is upon delivery of the home a better inside cleaning and go with eggshell paint instead of flat 👌🏻 👍🏻 but the eggshell I am biased too.

This builder knows what they're doing. Providing quality homes with Energy efficiency. Spray insulation not only in the ceilings but in the walls. "I cannot say enough good things about Nexstar Homes and my two contacts there, Crew and Dallin. I am a real estate agent myself, and I was representing out of state buyers for this transaction. Since my buyers were out of state, they relied heavily on me to check in on the home & get updates/deadlines from Sales agent, Crew. I was kept in CONSTANT contact about the status of the home and was always allowed to visit the property to take photos and videos on my clients behalf. They have always shown genuine concern for all of our warranty issues throughout the year. Everyone on the Nextsar team has constantly been very personable and professional. Each and every time we utilized the Buildertrend warranty website, the team went above and beyond - always exceeding our expectations in resolving the issues in question. There was no calling a 1-800 number or submitting an email to a generic support service. If we called, we spoke to someone in the local area that was on the Nexstar team. When we submitted claims on Buildertrend, we got a response via email, text, or phone call, promptly and from a local person. Furthermore, it was always the same handful of people handling our cases, so there was no miscommunication or need to re-explain what we needed from them.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of our home as well as knowing that Nexstar truly backs their workmanship.
