In 2012, brothers Jake and Josh Simonton set out to change the custom homebuilding industry. They set out to do things differently. In a few short years, they created Arizona’s premier custom homebuilder, Starwood Custom Homes.
After 10 years of building beautiful mansions and manors for some of the biggest names in Arizona, Josh and Jake partnered with two of Josh’s sons, Dallin and Austin, with a new mission: To bring this custom quality to everyone. The Simontons have dedicated themselves to building every home as though they were building it for their family…and they’ve never looked back.
